    AN ACT ADDING CERTAIN DESCRIBED PROPERTY TO THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF THE CITY OF DURHAM BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS COMPLETELY SURROUNDED BY THE CITY'S CORPORATE LIMITS OR IS PARTIALLY ANNEXED TO THE CITY'S CORPORATE LIMITS AND ANNEXATION WILL ALLOW THE MORE EFFICIENT PROVISION OF EMERGENCY SERVICES TO THE PROPERTY. Enacted June 29, 2017. Effective June 30, 2017.
